Tomorrow I will focus on writing down everything I eat, drinking 8 glasses of water, and walking at least 20 minutes. It's Time for a Change.

It's Monday, May 31. The last day of my unhealthy eating. I need to start planning for my healthy eating tomorrow. June 1st. Great day for a new start. It's time for a change. I weigh 225 today. I can't believe how I piled on the pounds these last few months. Why did I let myself go? I have no reason to continue that way. This summer my focus is going to be on healthier eating for Dave and me. Walking everyday and more physical activity. Healthy food choices, creative recipes, lots of water.

I'm starting this blog just for me to read. A safe place to write my thoughts, goals, accomplishments, struggles as I try once again to lose weight. It is TIME FOR A CHANGE. I will begin June 1, 2010. Tuesday. It is time for me to eat healthy. Time for me to take care of myself. Time for me to feel better, look better, move better, dress better. I've put this off too long. It is TIME.
